Pulaski Criminal Court Records

Pulaski County, Arkansas Warrant Search

Yes. Arkansas Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) guarantees the right of Pulaski residents and visitors to inspect and copy government records, including warrant records, except when exemptions apply. This means interested parties may access executed warrants and the affidavit or sworn testimony on application, unless otherwise closed or sealed by the court for good cause.

Law enforcement records may be withheld or redacted when they involve active investigations, disclosed or ongoing investigations, confidential information, sealed records, juvenile matters, or other legally protected information. Arkansas FOIA page also notes that records tied to open and ongoing law-enforcement investigations may be protected as “undisclosed investigations”.
